How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in each egg one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips gently.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
- Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and drizzle with frosting.
