How to Make
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in each egg one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
  6. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips gently.
  7. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
  9. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and drizzle with frosting.
