How to Make Sugared Cranberries
- Rinse cranberries under cold water and inspect for damaged berries.
- Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until dissolved and gently boiling.
- Soak the cranberries in the syrup for about 10 minutes.
- Remove cranberries with a slotted spoon, allowing excess syrup to drip off, and roll them in granulated sugar.
- Spread sugared cranberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let dry for at least one hour.
