  • 2 medium bananas peeled and sliced
Liquids
  • 1 cup milk can use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed is best
Extras
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for added sweetness
  • 1 cup ice optional, for a thicker smoothie

Method
 

Blend the Ingredients
  1. Add the fresh strawberries, bananas, milk, orange juice, honey, and ice to the blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
