Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob husked and cleaned
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for extra flavor
Wood Chips
  • 2 cups hickory or applewood chips soaked in water for 30 minutes

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
Season the Corn
  1. Brush the corn with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Prepare the Smoker
  1. Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C) and add the soaked wood chips to the smoker box.
Smoke the Corn
  1. Place the corn directly on the smoker rack. Smoke for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve
  1. Remove the corn from the smoker and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your smoked corn on the cob!
