Ingredients
  

Seafood and Vegetables
  • 2 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound andouille sausage sliced
  • 4 ears corn cut in half
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
Broth
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Broth
  1. In a large pot, bring the water and salt to a boil.
  2. Add the Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
Cook the Potatoes and Sausage
  1. Add the baby potatoes and sausage to the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Add Corn and Shrimp
  1. Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  2. Finally, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve
  1. Carefully strain the mixture and transfer to a serving platter.
  2. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges and Old Bay seasoning if desired.
