Ingredients
  

Sauce Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup garlic minced
  • 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
Spices
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Flavorings
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey to balance heat

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, paprika, and black pepper to the mixture.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and honey until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving with your seafood boil.
