A refreshing and creamy strawberry coconut drink inspired by Starbucks' popular Pink Drink.

Ingredients
  

For the drink
  • 2 cups strawberry acai juice can be found in stores or made from concentrate
  • 1 cup coconut milk use sweetened or unsweetened based on preference
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup ice for serving
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup optional, adjust sweetness to taste

Method
 

Prepare the drink
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the strawberry acai juice and coconut milk. Stir well to mix.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries and simple syrup (if using) to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and pour the pink drink mixture over the ice.
  4. Garnish with additional strawberry slices if desired. Serve immediately.
