Ingredients
  

Cheese and Base
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
Flavorings
  • 1 cup pimentos drained and chopped
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Method
 

Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese.
  2. Add the chopped pimentos, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until well combined and creamy.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
