Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cans sliced peaches in syrup drained
Topping
  • 1 box yellow cake mix dry
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup chopped pecans optional

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the drained sliced peaches evenly in the bottom of the baking dish.
Make the Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry yellow cake mix and melted butter. Stir until crumbly.
  2. If using, fold in the chopped pecans.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the cake mix topping over the peaches in the baking dish.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
  2. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
