Prepare the Oven and Muffin Tin
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
Make the Egg Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Quiches
- Evenly distribute the diced vegetables, cooked meat, and shredded cheese into each muffin cup.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings in each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
Bake the Quiches
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
Serve
- Serve warm, and enjoy your mini quiches!
