  • 12 ounces store-bought cheese tortellini
  • 5 ounces fresh spinach

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Add the cheese tortellini and cook as per package instructions, usually until tender and floating. Drain and set aside to keep warm.
  2. Sauté chicken in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Season both sides with salt and pepper, cooking for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside to rest.
  3. Add minced garlic into the same skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and low-sodium chicken broth. Stir in dried Italian herbs and grated parmesan cheese, ensuring everything melts together for a rich sauce.
  5. Slice the rested chicken and return it to the skillet along with the cooked tortellini and fresh spinach. Stir gently until everything is heated through and the spinach wilts slightly.
  6. Plate your Marry Me Chicken Tortellini, garnishing with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
