- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter until it's smooth and creamy.
- Add in the low-carb chocolate chips, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend everything together until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into molds or a lined tray, spreading it evenly.
- Freeze for about 2 hours.
- Once frozen, carefully remove the fat bombs from the molds or cut them into bite-sized pieces.
