- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Cream the softened butter and white sugar in a separate large bowl until smooth.
- Incorporate the egg, vanilla extract, almond extract, and green food coloring into the butter mixture.
- Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually.
- Shape the dough into small balls (about 1-inch) and roll them in the granulated sugar to coat.
- Arrange the cookie dough balls on a baking sheet, leaving space between each, and flatten them slightly.
