- In a saucepan, mix together the granulated sugar, corn syrup, and water.
- Place your saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar completely dissolves, about 5 minutes.
- Once boiling, stop stirring and insert your candy thermometer, aiming for the hard crack stage at 300°F.
- Remove from heat and stir in your flavored extract and food coloring.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased cookie sheet and let it cool slightly for 3-5 minutes.
- Shape the lollipops using a mold or your hands, inserting sticks as desired.
- Allow to cool completely before removing.
