Method
Prepare the Corn
- Husk the corn and remove all silk. Cut the corn in half if desired.
Add Ingredients to Instant Pot
- Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot. Place the trivet inside and arrange the corn on top.
Cook the Corn
- Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
Release Pressure
- Once cooking is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure by carefully turning the valve to venting.
Serve
- Carefully remove the corn from the pot. Serve hot with butter and salt if desired.
