Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob husked and cleaned
Water
  • 1 cup water for steaming
Butter and Seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter optional, for serving
  • 1 teaspoon salt optional, for serving

Method
 

Cooking the Corn
  1. Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot and add 1 cup of water.
  2. Arrange the corn on the trivet, standing them upright if possible.
  3. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
  4. Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure.
  5. Carefully remove the corn from the pot and serve with butter and salt if desired.
