Prepare the Ingredients

Add Vegetables
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Combine Ingredients
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, kidney beans, black beans, and spices. Mix well.
Simmer the Chili
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
