Method
Assemble the Sandwich
- Lay out 4 slices of bread on a clean cutting board.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
- Layer 2 ounces of sliced ham on top of 4 slices of bread.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the ham.
- Top with a leaf of romaine lettuce and a slice of tomato.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top to complete the sandwiches.
- Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve on a plate.
