  • 1 cup pineapple juice for moisture and flavor
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves for seasoning

Preparation and Cooking
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves to create a glaze.
  2. Place the ham in the crockpot, cut side down.
  3. Pour the pineapple juice over the ham, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Spread the glaze mixture over the top of the ham.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
  6. Once cooked, remove the ham from the crockpot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve warm with the juices from the crockpot drizzled over the slices.
