- In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves to create a glaze.
- Place the ham in the crockpot, cut side down.
- Pour the pineapple juice over the ham, ensuring it is well coated.
- Spread the glaze mixture over the top of the ham.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
- Once cooked, remove the ham from the crockpot and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm with the juices from the crockpot drizzled over the slices.
