Preparation
- Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing them as needed.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to create the stir fry sauce.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas to the wok. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the stir fry sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with black pepper to taste and serve hot.
