Ingredients
  

Cake Layers
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream softened
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs for layering
Topping
  • 1 cup whipped topping for frosting
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Cake
  1. Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream into the bottom of the cake pan and smooth it out evenly.
  2. Sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate cookie crumbs over the vanilla layer.
  3. Spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the cookie crumbs and smooth it out.
  4. Top with the remaining vanilla ice cream and smooth it out.
  5. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Frost and Serve
  1. Remove the cake from the freezer and take it out of the pan.
  2. Spread the whipped topping evenly over the top and sides of the cake.
  3. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top for decoration.
  4. Slice and serve immediately or return to the freezer until ready to serve.
