Method
Prepare the Dough
- Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
Make the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, melt 1/4 cup of butter. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
Shape and Bake
- Cut the rolled dough into squares or rectangles about 3 inches wide. Spoon the cinnamon mixture onto each square and roll them up.
- Place the rolled bites on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
