Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Buffalo flavored
Salad Base
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
Dressing
  • 1 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce adjust to taste
Toppings
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Cook the chicken on a grill or stovetop until fully cooked, then shred it and toss it with hot sauce.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and shredded carrots.
  2. Add the shredded buffalo chicken on top of the salad base.
Add Dressing and Toppings
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dressing with hot sauce. Drizzle over the salad.
  2. Top with diced celery, blue cheese crumbles, and chopped parsley.
Serve
  1. Toss the salad gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
