Prepare the Dough
- Gather all the ingredients for the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Graham Crackers.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
