  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, spinach, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
Baking
