Ingredients

- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool under running water.
- Combine pasta with vegetables and olives in a large bowl.
- Add dressing, feta cheese, and torn basil leaves.
- Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Can be made up to 24 hours in advance
- Add more dressing before serving if needed
