- 3 drops red food coloring
- 3 drops blue food coloring

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, ensuring they are covered by at least an inch. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat; let sit for 12 minutes.
- Drain hot water and cool eggs under cold water for easy peeling.
- Gently crack each egg and peel under running water.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a bowl, keeping whites intact.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to yolks; mash until smooth.
- Divide yolk mixture into two bowls; add red food coloring to one and blue to the other until desired shades are achieved.
- Fill each egg white half with either red or blue yolk mixture using piping bags or spoons.
- Sprinkle paprika on top of all filled eggs and garnish with chives or green onions.
