- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup butter
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Base Layer: Melt 1 cup chocolate chips with butter. Mix with 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, and flour. Pour into lined 9×13 pan.
- Middle Layer: Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs until smooth. Spread over base.
- Top Layer: Heat cream until simmering, pour over remaining chocolate. Spread over cheesecake layer.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes. Cool completely, then refrigerate 4 hours.
