- 1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions; drain.
- Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet; add tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper. Simmer.
- Combine: Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, and cooked noodles.
- Layer: In a greased baking dish, layer half the noodle mixture, top with half the beef mixture, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly
