Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season shrimp with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook shrimp until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove shrimp; add peppers and onions to the same pan.
