- Add chicken livers to the skillet; cook on one side until browned (about 5 minutes), then flip gently.
- Incorporate sliced mushrooms along with chili powder and paprika. Stir until mushrooms soften (5–7 minutes).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust spices as desired.
- Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley for freshness.
