- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Cook the rotini in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
