- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix softened goat cheese, cream cheese, and honey until smooth and well combined. Season with black pepper.
- Form mixture into 12 small balls (about 1.5 tablespoons each) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Combine chopped cranberries, pecans, and herbs in a shallow dish.
- Roll each cheese ball in the cranberry-pecan mixture, pressing gently to coat completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
