- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 8 oz softened cream cheese

- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Hollow out the bread loaf while leaving a thick crust.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs until well mixed.
- Fold in half of the shredded cheese; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture into the hollowed loaf and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into wedges; serve warm with extra bread or crackers.
