  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with heavy cream until smooth. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add spinach to the creamy mixture until slightly wilted.
  5. In the prepared baking dish, spread a thin layer of sauce at the bottom. Layer noodles, seafood mixture, and more sauce; repeat layers ending with sauce on top.
