  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed red and green), chopped
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  4. Stir in soy sauce and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional minute.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, then add cooked spaghetti and sour cream. Toss until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
