- 3 large sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (like Sriracha)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, flip, then roast another 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, whisk together honey, hot sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Remove potatoes from oven, drizzle with hot honey mixture, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
