  • 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the canned corn, thawed frozen corn, melted butter, sour cream, eggs, Jiffy mix, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
