  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced peaches with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, remaining sugar (1/4 cup), and remaining cinnamon (1 tsp). Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add milk until just combined.

  5. While baking, whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
