Instructions

  5. For the streusel topping, mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter in a small bowl until crumbly.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan; sprinkle half the streusel on top. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the streusel.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
