  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Layer five sheets of phyllo dough in the pan, brushing each with melted butter.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground nuts, cinnamon, and sugar; sprinkle half over the phyllo base.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sour cream and eggs until fluffy.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the nut layer, followed by more phyllo sheets brushed with butter.
  6. Add remaining nuts and cheesecake filling. Top with remaining phyllo sheets; cut slits for steam to escape.
