- Graham cracker crumbs
- Unsalted butter
- Granulated sugar
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden, then allow to cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla, and eggs while mixing until fully combined.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries, then pour this mixture over the cooled crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 3 hours.
- Lift out using parchment paper and slice into bars.
