Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion for serving
  • Condiments: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Divide beef into 4 portions, form into ½-inch thick patties. Make slight depression in center. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat grill/pan to medium-high. Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
  • Add cheese if desired, toast buns, assemble with toppings.

Notes
