- 2¼ cups Bisquick mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine Bisquick and milk to form a soft dough. Knead gently on a floured surface.
- Roll dough into a 12×8 inch rectangle. Spread with softened butter, then sprinkle with combined brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up tightly from long side; cut into 12 slices. Place in greased 9-inch round pan.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Pour warm glaze over hot rolls.
Notes
- Don’t overwork the dough to ensure tender rolls
- For extra richness, add 1/4 cup chopped pecans to the filling
- Best served warm within 1-2 hours of baking
