Description

Soft, warm cinnamon rolls made with Bisquick mix – perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch. These quick-fix rolls deliver that classic cinnamon roll taste without the lengthy traditional preparation.


Ingredients

  • 2¼ cups Bisquick mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine Bisquick and milk to form a soft dough. Knead gently on a floured surface.
  • Roll dough into a 12×8 inch rectangle. Spread with softened butter, then sprinkle with combined brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll up tightly from long side; cut into 12 slices. Place in greased 9-inch round pan.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix glaze ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour warm glaze over hot rolls.
