- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, and brown sugar.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt separately, then fold into wet ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake 55-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for best flavor
- Store in airtight container for up to 5 days
- Can substitute crunchy peanut butter
