- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add oil if needed.
- Remove chicken from the marinade (reserve it) and cook each side for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Pour the reserved marinade into the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Slice the chicken and serve hot over rice or veggies, garnished with sliced green onions.
