Description

A fun twist on traditional pizza, these roll-ups are perfect for kids’ lunches, party appetizers, or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out pizza dough into rectangle. Spread sauce, leaving 1-inch border.
  • Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  • Roll dough tightly lengthwise. Cut into 12 slices.
  • Place rolls on baking sheet, brush with melted butter, sprinkle Parmesan.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
