Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Fresh garlic
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Coat well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Skewer the marinated chicken onto soaked wooden or metal skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F) or oven to 425°F.
- Grill or bake skewers for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Turn halfway through cooking.
- In the last few minutes of cooking, sprinkle grated parmesan on top of each skewer and allow it to melt before serving.
