Description
A tender, fall-off-the-bone rib recipe that practically cooks itself in your slow cooker. These ribs are smothered in barbecue sauce and come out perfectly every time with minimal effort.

- 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
- 2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove membrane from rib racks and cut into sections to fit crockpot
- Mix dry seasonings, rub over ribs
- Place ribs in crockpot standing against walls, meaty side against the pot
- Pour 1 cup barbecue sauce over ribs
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours
- Brush with remaining sauce before serving
Notes
- For extra caramelization, brush with sauce and broil for 3-5 minutes after cooking
- Choose a thick, high-quality barbecue sauce for best results
- Ribs can be prepped the night before and stored in refrigerator
- Leftovers keep well for 3-4 days in an airtight container
