Easter Dirt Cake is a delightful no-bake dessert that combines creamy chocolate pudding, light whipped cream, and crunchy Oreos, making it a fun and whimsical treat for any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 3 cups whipped cream (fresh or store-bought)
  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • Gummy worms (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it thicken according to package instructions.
  2. Gently fold the whipped cream into the thickened pudding until well combined.
  3. In a trifle dish or large bowl, layer half of the crushed Oreos at the bottom. Spread half of the pudding mixture over them evenly.
  4. Repeat with another layer of crushed Oreos followed by the remaining pudding mixture. Top with additional crushed Oreos for a 'dirt' effect.
  5. Optionally, scatter gummy worms on top for decoration.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld before serving.
